Full Cast Announced for My Master Builder Starring Ewan McGregor
The complete cast for Lila Raicek’s My Master Builder, starring Ewan McGregor, has been announced ahead of its West End debut at Wyndham’s Theatre. Directed by Michael Grandage, this new play draws inspiration from Henrik Ibsen and is set against the backdrop of Independence Day in the Hamptons.
About the Play
My Master Builder centres on Elena Solness, a powerful publishing magnate, and her husband Henry Solness, an architect, whose lives are turned upside down by the arrival of Mathilde, a former student of Henry’s. Themes of love, vulnerability, and ambition are explored as the couple confronts their past and present relationships.
Ewan McGregor reunites with Michael Grandage, following successful collaborations on Othello and Guys and Dolls at the Donmar Warehouse.
