New Cast Members Join Wicked in the West End

The award-winning musical Wicked continues its long-running success at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, with new cast members flying in starting tonight, 25 March 2025. The beloved production, based on Gregory Maguire’s novel, continues to enchant audiences with its incredible performances, Stephen Schwartz’s iconic music, and Winnie Holzman’s brilliant book.

New Cast Members Announced for Wicked in the West End

  • Emma Kingston joins the company as Elphaba

  • Zizi Strallen takes on the role of Glinda

  • Carl Man, who was recently seen as Fiyero on tour, now brings the role to the West End

  • Sarah Ingram joins as Madame Morrible

  • Michael Matus returns as The Wizard, marking the fourth time he has worked with Sarah Ingram on a musical

  • Hannah Qureshi stars as Nessarose, and also serves as understudy for Glinda

  • David McKechnie appears as Doctor Dillamond, also understudying for The Wizard

  • Ross Carpenter takes on the role of Boq

  • Laura Emmitt will return as alternate Elphaba
