New King George Casting Announced for Hamilton in the West End

The West End production of Hamilton has unveiled a new cast member for the iconic role of King George. Daniel Boys will take over the role from Joel Montague starting 14 April 2025 at the Victoria Palace Theatre. Montague, who has been playing the role, will soon be leaving to star in the West End premiere of The Great Gatsby at the London Coliseum.

Daniel Boys Takes Over as King George

Daniel Boys is no stranger to the role of King George, having previously performed it during the first leg of Hamilton’s UK and Ireland tour. Boys brings a wealth of experience to the role, following in the footsteps of Montague, who has garnered praise for his portrayal of the quirky and memorable monarch.
