About the Play
Set in Northwood Hills, Zone 6 London, Cul-de-Sac takes place over the course of a single evening. It follows four characters whose quiet night of introspection quickly disintegrates into chaos. Ruth is questioning her life choices, Simon is struggling with his sense of self, Marie is hiding a devastating secret, and Frank simply wants his driveway back. The play is a biting commentary on the broken millennial suburbanite experience, using humor, chaos, and unflinching honesty to explore the fissures beneath the seemingly calm exterior of suburban life.
