Troupe Presents Noël Coward’s The Rat Trap Reimagined by Bill Rosenfield at Park Theatre in 2026

Following their highly successful production of The Forsyte Saga Parts 1 and 2, Troupe returns to Park Theatre with a stylish reimagining of Noël Coward’s The Rat Trap. This period revival marks the centenary of Coward’s first play, and will run at Park200 from 28 January to 14 March 2026, with a press night on 2 February 2026.

About The Rat Trap – A Story of Jealousy, Betrayal, and Ambition

Set in the glamorous world of 1920s Belgravia, The Rat Trap explores the unraveling marriage of Sheila, a talented novelist, and Keld, an ambitious playwright. Their marriage, initially full of promise, is tested by jealousy and betrayal as Keld’s career takes off, while Sheila’s ambition remains unfulfilled. This revised production brings Coward’s sharp wit, dark humour, and deep emotional resonance into focus, marking the centenary of his debut work.
